What is in the price, and what is not.
The guide, the stand, the bed, and the meals are in. The license and the tags are yours to buy. Every number on this page is a demo price.
Included
- A guide who walks you in and knows which ridge to sit
- A ladder stand or a box blind already set
- A bunk and bedding at the lodge
- Breakfast before daylight and supper when you come in
- Help with field dressing and the drag to the truck
Not included
- A Kentucky hunting license and the permits that match the hunt
- Your bow or gun, and the arrows or ammunition you trust
- Taxidermy
- A tip for the guide
- The processor’s own fee
Demo rates
A $350 deposit holds the dates. The rest is due when you arrive. Both of those are demo prices.
Archery whitetail hunt
3 days
Three days on a private hardwood ridge. You hunt from a ladder stand or a box blind we already hung. Breakfast is before light.
Rifle whitetail hunt
3 days, gun season
Same woods, a rifle, and blaze orange on your hat and vest. Small group. We sit the plan the night before so the morning is quiet.
Spring gobbler hunt
2 days
Two mornings for eastern wild turkeys. You sit against a tree. The decoy goes out in front. We do not run and gun a loud ridge.
Youth hunt weekend
With a parent
One youth and a parent. We keep the walk short, the stand safe, and the day paced for somebody who is still learning the woods.
Lodge-only stay
Per night, up to two people
A night at the lodge if you already have permission on ground nearby. Bed, breakfast, and supper. Per night, up to two people.
Deer processing drop-off
Arranged with a local processor
If you take a deer, we can haul it to a processor in Albany or Monticello. You pay their rate. We do not add a handling fee.
